Yes. We welcome schools, home-educating families and community groups for educational experiences focused on local history and heritage.
Our Victorian Schoolroom is an immersive educational experience where participants step back into a 19th-century classroom complete with period costumes, artefacts and historical activities.
The experience is currently available on Thursday mornings and must be booked in advance.

Ceremonies can range from intimate gatherings in the Great Hall [ up to 40 guests] to larger celebrations in the Tea Room [up to 60 guests]. You can also hire the entire house for your wedding day up to [100 guests].

The ground floor is wheelchair friendly. The first and second floors can be accessed via a lift. Some floors upstairs are uneven maybe slightly harder to manage with a wheelchair, contact the team before visiting.
As a historic 300-year-old building, some floors are uneven and some staircases are steep. Visitors with specific access requirements are encouraged to contact the team before visiting.
While we love animals, Llanelly House is not a dog-friendly venue and pet dogs are not permitted. Registered assistance and guide dogs are welcome.
